The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Saturday, 27th July, 2024 to Friday, 02nd August, 2024 (both days included) for the purpose of 35th Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on Friday, 02nd August, 2024 and to ascertain the eligibility to participate in the dividend @ Rs. 2.00 (20%) on the the equity of Rs. 10/- each subject to approval of the members at the ensuing 35th AGM.
