The unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 together with the Limited Review Report has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and considered and approved by the Board of Directors, has been enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.<BR> <BR> 3.
