Asya Infosoft Limited - Corporate Action-Outcome of Capital Reduction

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 19th September 2024, considered and approved along with other business items, the following: 1. Extinguishment of entire promoter holding as on the record date (i.e., as on 18th September 2024) without any payout. 2. Approved 95% reduction in the shares held by the Public Shareholders of the Company as on the record date (i.e., 18th September 2024), pursuant to the resolution plan approved by the Hon''ble NCLT vide order dated 11th July 2024, without any payout.
