Asya Infosoft Limited - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 19th September, 2024, considered and approved along with other business items, the allotment of equity shares to the resolution applicants, secured financial creditor and in merger to the shareholders of the transferor company pursuant to the resolution plan approved by the Hon''ble NCLT vide order dated 11th July 2024.
