We wish to inform you in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 01st April, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2024.
