This is to inform you that Board of Directors in their meeting have approved the dates of closure of Share Transfer Book and Register of Members from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021.
