The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and Intermediaries from end of the quarter i.e. October 01, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
