Atlas Copco India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 21, 2011 to June 28, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 28, 2011.
