In continuation to our letter dated 1st November, 2017 wherein we had intimated about our Board Meeting, we wish to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, 10th November, 2017 at 05:00 P.M. has been postponed. We will communicate the new date of Board Meeting whenever decided.
