ATN International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the above purpose from January 30, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
