We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2017, recommended the appointment of M/s. Kamlesh Rathod & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 117930W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of the 29th AGM until the conclusion of the 34th AGM of the Company, subject to approval of the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting.
