Atul Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from March 09, 2017 to March 26, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the next Board Meeting on March 24, 2017.
