ATUL LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Closure of Buy Back

The Company has achieved the Minimum Buy-back Size as required under Regulation 15 of the Buy-back Regulations and Public Announcement, the Buy-back Committee of the Company has decided to close the Buy-back effective from closure of trading hours of Friday, February 19, 2021. Therefore, the Buy-back of Equity Shares by the Company shall stand closed effective from closure of trading hours i.e., Friday, February 19, 2021.
