Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) regulations,2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the directors, promoters, designated employees and Connected persons from 01.04.2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial Year and quarter ending on 31.03.2024. The date of board meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
