AU Small Finance Bank Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the PIT Regulations and the Bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, we hereby inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will be closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Friday, 01st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting of the Bank for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated to the Exchange(s) in due course.
