In continuation to the prior intimation of Board meeting submitted vide our letter dated June 24, 2024, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of AU Small Finance Bank Limited at its Meeting held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 has inter-alia, considered and approved the Record Date as Friday, July 12, 2024, for determining the members who will be eligible for final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM.
