AU Small Finance Bank Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

In continuation to the outcome of Board Meeting submitted vide our letter dated March 7, 2025 and pursuant to the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Bank has allotted 77,000 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Subordinated, Non-Convertible Lower Tier II Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures, of face value Rs. 1,00,000/- each, categorized as Tier II Capital for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 770 crores on a private placement basis.
