AU Small Finance Bank Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Credit Rating

We wish to inform that CARE Ratings Limited has re-affirmed rating of CARE AA; Stable (Double A; Outlook: Stable) to the Long-Term Debt Instruments (Tier-II Bonds) of the Bank and assigned rating of CARE AA; Stable (Double A; Outlook: Stable) to the Infrastructure Bonds. The rating on Short-term Instruments (Certificate of Deposits) of the Bank has been reaffirmed at CARE A1+ (A One Plus). Please refer attachment for details.
