This is to inform you that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations), the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promotors, Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, Connected Persons of the Company shall be closed from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of quarterly Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2022.
