This is to inform you that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations), the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promotors, Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, Connected Persons of the Company shall be closed from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022.
