Auro Laboratories Limited informs the details, pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Regulations, in attached letter mentioning the share certificates have been reported to be lost/ misplaced.<BR> Further, the Company has received request from the holder of the lost/ misplaced Share to issue of Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu of the original Share Certificates reported lost/misplaced.
