Auroma Coke Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017 to consider and transact the followings:-<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve consolidation of equity share capital i.e. 100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to be consolidated into 1 equity share of Rs. 1000/- and in this connection to fix a Record Date.
