With reference to the letter dated March 30, 2016 regarding issue of Preference Shares, Auroma Coke Ltd has now informed BSE that due to oversight, there occurred certain discrepancies in reporting the details of allotment of Preference Shares. The Company is giving correct details of allotment of Preference Shares.
