Considered and approved the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June,2022 as per Indian Accounting standard (IND-AS). 2. Took the note of the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. J C Ranpura & Co., Chartered Accountants for the quarter ended 30th June,2022.
