Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Further to our disclosures dated 15th July, 2021, 1st October, 2022 and 2nd October, 2022 in pursuance to the implementation of the Resolution Plan of Reliance Commercial Finance Limited ('RCFL') being conducted by its Lenders in terms of RBI Circular No. RBI/2018-19/ 203, DBR.No.BP.BC.45/21.04.048/2018-19 dated June 7, 2019 on Prudential Framework for Resolution of Stressed Assets, we wish to inform that the Company has acquired 100% equity shares and entire exposure of Reliance Commercial Finance Limited (RCFL) from Reliance Capital Limited (RCap). Accordingly, RCFL becomes the wholly owned subsidiary of Authum Investment and Infrastructure Limited. Disclosure pursuant to Para A of Part A to Schedule III of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A.
