This is to inform you that the provision of annual compliance report for the year ended 31st March 2024 under regulation 24(A) of SEBI (LODR), 2015 is not applicable to the Company. In this regard, we respectfully submit that as our Company falls under the criteria as specified under Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation,2015 due to the fact that the Paid-Up Equity Share Capital and Net worth of the company was below Rs. 10 Crore and 25 Crore respectively as on the previous financial year end date i.e 31st March, 2023.
