Autoline Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has considered and accepted resignation letter submitted by Mr. M. Radhakrishnan, Non-Executive Director from the board of directors of the company due to health reasons with effect from May 27, 2015.
