Automotive Axles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2016, commenced at 11.30 AM and concluded At 3.00 PM. inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5.50 per share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2015-16, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. The retirement of Mr. S. Ramkumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
