AUTOMOTIVE AXLES LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Automotive Axles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
