This is inform that CRISIL has reaffirmed its ratings on the bank facilities to (a) 'CRISIL A-/ Negative' for the Long Term borrowings; (b) 'CRISIL A2+' for Short Term borrowings of the Company and removed the ratings from 'Watch with Developing Implications' the outlook is 'Negative'.
