Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regualations 2015 and based on the Intimation received from the Companys Registrar and share transfer agent Link Intime India Private Limited on February 23 2024, we would like to inform that the company has received a letter from the following shareholder regarding loss of share certificate with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate/ Letter of Confirmation in lieu thereof.
