Avadh Sugar & Energy Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2020, for all the Designated Persons of the Company (including their Immediate Relatives).
