AVANCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the PIT Regulaltion and Companies code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. the Trading Window will be closed for trading in Securites of the Company form 01st July 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended on 30th June 2024 for all the Directors Promoters and promoters Group KMP Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. Accordingly all the Designated persons as mentioned above have been advised not to trade in the Securites of the Company during the period of Trading Window Closure.
