Pursuant to the PIT Regulations and company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed for trading in Securities of the Company from 01st October 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024 for all the Directors, Promoters and Promoters Group, KMP Designated Persons and their Relatives.
