AVANTEL LTD. - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA') Kfin Technologies Limited (formerly known as Kfin Technologies Private Limited) on November 28, 2022, we would like to inform that the Company has received a letter from the following shareholder regarding loss of share certificate with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof. The exchange is requested to inform all Broker Members and Investors not to deal in the aforesaid share certificate in any manner. Further, any person who has a claim in respect of the said securities should lodge such claim with the Company at the Corporate Office, within 15 days from this date.
