Pursuant to Reg 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and share transfer books shall remain close from Friday, 20th September, 2024 till Friday, 27th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company.
