Dear Sir, The meeting of the Board of Directors was held today which commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 2:30 PM in which the Board of Directors inter-alia:1. Approved Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended as on 31st March 2024. In this regard, we are enclosing herewith the said Audited Financial Results together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024 and notes thereon together with the Unmodified Audit Report on the said Results issued by the Auditor.
