As per the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed on and from 1st July, 2020 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
