Avro India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday, April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023.
