Avro India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and Company''s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, April 01, 2024 till forty eight hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
