Avro India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company be closed w.e.f. August 23, 2024 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of Board meeting for fund raising for all connected persons, designated employees, insiders, directors of the company and their immediate relatives including but not limited to persons specified in the Company''s code of conduct.
