Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), adopted by the Company, it is hereby informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed from 01.10.2022 for Promoters / Directors / Designated employees / Connected Persons and will be opened 48 hours after announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022.
