AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 17,070 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 19, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,61,00,070 (237,80,50,035 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,61,34,210 (237,80,67,105 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
