AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 41,818 equity shores of Rs. 10/- each on July 14, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,14,52,848 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 47,14,94,666 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
