AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,05,700 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on May 11, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,74,79,71,436 (2,37,39,85,718 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,74,83,82,836 (2,37,41,91,418 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
