We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 1,21,727 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on May 9, 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 614,15,96,344 (30,707,98,172 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,18,39,798 (307,09,19,899 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
