AXIS BANK LTD. - Re-designation of Shri. V Srinivasan, Whole Time Director as 'Deputy Managing Director' of the Bank

With reference to the earlier letter dated October 27, 2015, inter alia, informing about the Board of Directors of the Bank had approved the re-designation of Shri V. Srinivasan, Whole Time Director of the Bank as the 'Deputy Managing Director' of the Bank, with effect from October 15, 2015.<BR><BR>AXIS Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Bank has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India for re-designation of Shri V. Srinivasan as the 'Deputy Managing Director' of the Bank, for a period of three years, with effect from December 21, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Company has informed that Shri V. Srinivasan will be the Executive Director & Head (Corporate Banking) of the Bank from October 15, 2015 till December 20, 2015 and thereafter as the 'Deputy Managing Director' of the Bank, for a period of three years, with effect from December 21, 2015.<BR><BR>The brief profile of Shri V. Srinivasan is enclosed herewith. Further the Company has informed that Shri V. Srinivasan is not related to any other member of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
