AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,02,860 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 29, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,95,03,772 (237,97,51,886 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,97,09,492 (237,98,54,746 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
