AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 11,45,630 equity shares of Rs 2/- each on March 16, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 473,58,77,606 (236,79,38,803 equity shares of Rs 2/- each) to Rs 473,81,68,866 (236,90,84,433 equity shares of Rs 2/- each).
