AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 27,995 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on November 23, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,66,68,640 (237,83,34,320 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,67,24,630 (237,83,62,315 equity shares of Rs. 2/-each).
